| I am the owner of this
website. My name is Gordon Baker and I currently live in Sudbury,
Ontario, Canada. My father died in 1989. My mother entered a nursing home in 2000, diagnosed with Alzehimers. I have one sister. My mother appointed me as her power of attorney. I assumed my responsibilities in the summer of 2000. Unknown to me or my mother my sister removed my mother's will from my mother's home in the winter of 2000. My sister discovered my mother had left her home to me in the will. I believe this outraged my sister and she started to put together a sinister plan that would launch a vicious attack on me, using my mother, my mother's estate, threats, lies, rumours and anything else that would work to her advantage to destroy me. However, it was only in early 2002 that I became fully aware of what was taking place and by that time my sister was well on her way to destroying me. In 1996 I purchased a Maaco Auto Painting franchise. However because of continuous labour problems I lost the franchise in 1999 and nine months later I had to declare personel bankruptcy. This left me physically, mentally and financially weak. My sister was aware of this and saw an opportunity to try and eliminate me, hoping to become the sole heir to my mother's estate. I only had a modest amount of money to start over and between 2000 and today Dec. 2003 my sister caused me numerous problems thus draining my money. When I had no money left to continue with a lawyer my sister took me to court first to get power of attorney then to get a court order to sell my mother's home. This is how it currently stands. I have to be out of my mother's home by Jan 27, 2004. At that time my sister will be putting it up for sale. She is hoping to get the money from the sale for herself. I have very little money left and no place to go. I will have to go live in the bush and with temperatures this time of the year around minus 15 to minus 30 below zero and not much to eat, death will come quickly. If I perish my sister and her husband will have gotten away with causing my death. She will become the sole heir to my mother's estate. Their lawyer in my estimation will also have gotten away with causing my death as he is aware of my position. The lawyer I had retired in late 2002 and that left me scrambling. I have exhaused all avenues, I can think of to get help. The reality is if you have no money no one wants to help. I was in court 5 times with no lawyer and trying to represent myself. The reality of that is judges are not interested in listening unless you have a lawyer. I lost all 5 times. There is all kinds of documented evidence to show that my sister is working to benefit herself and not my mother. If anyone can offer me assistance I would be forever grateful.
